There is no straightforward cash price, and that is the honest answer. Lilly's savings card puts it at $25 a month if you have commercial insurance that covers Mounjaro, or $499 a month if you have commercial insurance that does not. Both require insurance, both expire on December 31, 2026, and neither is a price an uninsured person can pay.
Can I buy Mounjaro through LillyDirect?
Lilly's own Mounjaro page says it is available through LillyDirect self-pay, but LillyDirect's pharmacy does not list it. On September 1, 2026 its catalogue carried Zepbound, Humalog, Humulin, Emgality, Basaglar, Lyumjev and Rezvoglar, and the Mounjaro page returned an error.
